VAM Systems is currently looking for Customer Journey Product Owner (Enterprise) for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Qualifications – Required education, minimum work years experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration or Telecom Engineering
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience with at least 8 years in marketing (preferably in the
• Telecom industry)
• 5 years of line management experience engaged with commercial and technical teams
• At least 5 years of experience in product management

Technical skills

Required: Essential skills in order to be successful in the role

• Strong expertise in design thinking and tools such as empathy mapping, journey development, storytelling and prototyping
• Worked extensively with agile product delivery methodologies
• Hands-on experience with product definition and feature creation
• Knowledge of the telecom industry and emerging technologies
• Experience in transformational programs with the customer at the heart of it
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate the work of others, both internal staff and external agencies

Desirable

• Experience with Design Thinking and User Centric Design methodologies
• Experience in global and/or domestic telecom services or digital players
• Experience working in cross-functional projects
• Experience working in large scale transformation projects

Role scope – Milestones, Responsibilities, Deliverables

Key deliverables:

• D1 – Support the development of the Customer Experience (CE) overall strategy, identification of the CE priority areas in alignment with program strategy also considering and prioritizing top Journeys, Journeys’ episodes for the releases
• D2 – Develop high level journey designs for the target end user experience that balances customers’ needs and business objectives
• D3 – Create, define, prioritize, and manage the features corresponding to individual end user journeys
• D4 – Manage and agree on the Features roadmap and creation of a backlog for the upcoming and future Enterprise releases in alignment with the relevant key stakeholders
Milestones:

• M1 – Delivery of High-level end user ‘to-be’ journeys – Enterprise segments across Onboarding, In-life, Help & Support & Agent journeys
• M2 – Delivery of detailed end user journeys, journey scenarios and Feature descriptions based on partners’ out of the box capabilities
• M3 – Delivery of prioritised Features roadmap / backlog
• M4 – Alignment of co-existence journeys and scenarios with business stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Leads partner stakeholders & internal stakeholders to design journeys and develop Feature descriptions across Enterprise end user journeys (Onboarding / In-life / Help & Support / Agent Journeys)
• Be responsible for collating all the business requirements to support the desired end user experience (I.e., including but not limited to Billing, Internal processes, Payments, Billing, Revenue assurance, Service assurance etc).
• Defines and develops core KPIs to measure end to end journey performance and value additions
• Ensures optimal operational efficiency through the use of out-of-the-box functionalities and by maximizing reusability
• Liaises with key stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to meet the target end user experience, digitization and digitalization business transformation demands

Joining time frame: (15 – 30 days)

The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in UAE.
