VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for Customer Relations Representative for our Qatar operations with the following terms and conditions.

•Graduates with good communication
•Minimum experience required is 3 – 5 years within insurance preferably medical insurance

Job Summary:
Customer Relationship

Retention of current business by ensuring,
Promptly Attending to members, providers’ and clients’ queries in person/mails/over the calls and resolving them in professional and timely manner
Guiding and updating members & providers and clients in documentation and requisites to be followed in the process life cycle of the policy.
Updating the members & providers and clients if there are any deviation in the process and address the queries as and when required.
Building and maintaining relationships with the members, providers and clients by:
Organizing proactive meetings and addressing issues well in hand
Demonstrating immediate service recovery actions in case of any complaints or dissatisfaction
Visiting client locations for meetings, presentations and trainings
Statements and Reports
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate customer service departmental reports to meet customer service department requirements, policies and standards.

Terms and conditions
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)

Selected candidates shall be deputed to one of the leading organizations in Qatar
